| All work test | This is the old name for the Personal Capability Assessment. The name was changed in 2000. |

| Commissioner | If you appeal to a tribunal about a benefits decision but are unsuccessful, you may be able to take your appeal on to the next stage by appealing to the Social Security Commissioners.
