LN1 1UW Pop along to the Healthy Living event, run by TNG in conjunction with The Healthy Hub, and you can find out how to make your lifestyle healthier.
You’ll learn how you can lead a healthy lifestyle on any budget and find out how a healthy lifestyle can have a positive effect on your employability as well as confidence, motivation and many other soft skills.
This free event is open to the public and will be attended by local organisations to provide you with the advice and information you need, including Addaction, Lincoln Council and the British Heart Foundation, who will be conducting free emergency first aid courses.
