What is Pathways to Work? |

Pathways to Work provides support and opportunities to people with health problems or disabilities.
If you live in Cheshire and Warrington or Lincolnshire and Rutland, TNG is working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus to provide the support you need to help you move into work.
Why Pathways to Work? Pathways to Work represents a key part of the Government's aims of helping: - one million people move off Incapacity Benefits by 2015
- more Incapacity Benefit customers into the right work for them
- reducing the gap between the percentage of disabled and non-disabled people in work; and
- reduce the number of children in workless households.
How does Pathways to Work deliver? Pathways to Work delivers by: - Providing support from highly-skilled personal advisers including five additional Work Focused Interviews every month for upto 6 months after the initial interview. You'll develop and apply a personalised work action plan.
- Helping you to manage your health condition through ground breaking rehabilitation support delivered by healthcare professionals.
- Offering a Return to Work Credit of £40 weekly paid for 52 weeks to Incapacity Benefit customers who start work and earn less than £15,000 pa
